New Billing Process

Great News for Fosterburg Water District Customers. FWD is in the process of switching to a new billing format within the water office. Most of which will NOT impact the way you conduct business with Fosterburg Water District.
Our target "go live" date is January 20, 2023; your NEW water bill will become a two-page statement that will be mailed out in an envelope along with a return envelope for payment. It is FWD latest attempt in improving both the delivery and return payment through the ever failing postal system.
For those that utilize our website to access the web portal, this too will have some internal changes but the end user should not be affected by the changes. Furthermore, the payment options will be changed. Currently there are three on-line payment options and fiserv these all will be eliminated and only one on-line payment option will be made available for payment (Efexsys). You will still have the option of utilizing your current banking options through your banking facility. E-check, ACH and of course a check or cash are acceptable forms of payment. FWD will continue accepting Credit Card/ Debit card payments. However, these too will be processed through a new providor.
